Sausage Breakfast Brunch Casserole





Ingredients:
2 lbs bacon or sausage
8 slices of soft bread
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 beaten eggs
2 3/4 c milk
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 Tbsp mustard

Directions:
Place bread pieces on bottom of greased 8x13 pan.  Place sausage on bread.  Combine eggs, milk mushroom soup and mustard.  Sprinkle cheese then pour egg mixture over cheese.  Cover & refrigerate overnight.  Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes -1 hour 25 minutes.
