4 Chicken Breasts or tenderloins
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 cup Pesto
1-2 Tomatoes
1 fresh Mozzarella ball
Directions:
Cover chicken breasts with salt, galic and pesto. Place cut slides of tomato and mozzarella ball on top of the chicken. Cook at 400 for 20-30 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.
