Ingredients
1 c brown sugar
1 square butter
2 T light corn syrup
4 c tart apples, peeled and sliced
1 T tapioca
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
9 slices French Bread
Microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup for 2 1/2-3 minutes. Then pour in pan for base. Distribute apple slices in pan and sprinkle tapioca over apples.
Place Bread that has been dipped in eggs on top of apples and allow to sit overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
