Ingredients:
Bottom:
1 white cake mix
middle:
8 oz cream cheese
2 c powdered sugar
2 pkg dream whip, 1 small cool whip or 1 pt heavy whipping cream
Top:
2 1/2 c strawberries (or raspberries)
1 pkg danish dessert
1 3/4 c water
Directions:
Cook 1 white cake mix according to the directions on the box. Cook in a large jelly roll pan or sheet pan. Let cool. Be sure your cake is fully cooled.
Mix the middle ingredients and put on top of the cake.
Cook the top ingredients in a saucepan. Follow the recipe on the box except for the amount of water. Let the danish dessert mixture mostly cool before putting the strawberries in or else it will cook them. Let mostly cool then put on top of the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
