6 pounds small red potatoes
2c water
1 c heavy whipping cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Butter
Directions:
Scrub and wash potatoes
Add potatoes and water to instant pot
Cook on manual for 15 minutes
Don't drain water
Mash potatoes by hand or with a mixer
Add other ingredients
