Sweet and Sour Chinese Chicken Recipe


This sweet and sour chicken is so easy and tasty!  


The problem with Chinese food in The U.S. is that the sauce is too thick.  If you want authentic Chinese food, you can test it on the sauce.  If the sauce is less thick, you're in good hands.  









Here's the recipe

For the chicken:
Cut raw chicken in bit-sized pieces.  
Roll the pieces in flour.
Mix 2 eggs + 2 tbsp milk.
Roll the chicken in the flour.
Then roll the chicken in bread crumbs.
Put the chicken in a pan with a dab of oil and cook.

For the sauce:
Combine the following ingredients in a sauce pan.  Cook until boil and until thickened.  Stir continuously.
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp flour

Combine chicken + sauce
Add the chicken to the sauce and cover completely.
