Ingredients:
2 minced onions
10 ounces shredded Carrots
4 tbsp Garlic
4 28 ounce cans San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes
1 tbsp Basil
4 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 c sugar
Directions:
In a large pan, saute onions, then garlic and carrots. Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer for 4-6 hours. Serve over pasta with meatballs.
