Baguette French Toast


This french toast baguette melts in your mouth.  It's just such a perfect mixture of cinnamon, nutmeg, and caramel.  It's perfect for brunch, a special occasion, or a rainy morning.  We ate something similar at Zermatt, a Swiss-inspired resort nestled in the mountains in Midway, Utah.  We knew we had to recreate the amazingness of them.  

1st dip Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 c milk
3/4 c brown sugar
vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg


2nd dip ingredients:
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c heavy cream

Directions:
Mix the first dip ingredients in a bowl.  Slice a baguette and dip both sides in the mixture.  Cook on a pan. Dip both sides in the 2nd mixture and cook.  Enjoy!
