Mom's Funeral Potato Casserole
iNGREDIENTS
- 6 to 8 potatoes cubed (pre Cooked) or use hash browns in the frozen section
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 package dry lipton onion soup mix
- 1/4 cup butter 1c
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 pt. or 2 cups sour cream
- Bread crumbs, rice krispies or corn flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place potatoes on bottom of baking dish.
- Pour rest of ingredients over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs or rice krispies then drizzle the butter over the corn flakes.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes
