Mom's Funeral Potato Casserole



iNGREDIENTS

    • 6 to 8 potatoes cubed (pre Cooked) or use hash browns in the frozen section
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1/2 package dry lipton onion soup mix
    • 1/4 cup butter 1c
    • 1/2 cup grated cheese
    • 1 pt. or 2 cups sour cream
    • Bread crumbs, rice krispies or corn flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place potatoes on bottom of baking dish.
  2. Pour rest of ingredients over the potatoes. 
  3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs or rice krispies then drizzle the butter over the corn flakes. 
  4. Bake 350 for 30 minutes
