Did you know that the first cheese ball was in Massachusetts in the 1800s and it was ginormous - a huge 1,235 pounds! This one is not nearly as big, but plenty tasty!
Recipe:
3 stacks green onion (chopped/dried)
3 tsp bonappetit spice (schillings)
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 - 8ounce packages of cream cheese
Let the cream cheese sit out before trying to mix. Mix together and roll in walnuts or pecans. Chill overnight to marinate.
